A team is laying the initial foundations for their upcoming mixed-use district in Panama City, conceived around nature, well-being, and contemporary living.
We recently spent several days on site with their team, leading a collaborative workshop to align priorities, identify opportunities, and establish the cultural approach that will shape this future neighborhood.
Our role focuses on strategic creative placemaking 👉 exploring how design, public art, and cultural programming can give this future district a clear identity, enrich the public-space experience, and support the long-term vision of the development.
The work is progressing along two parallel tracks:
→ defining the vision for public spaces
→ mapping early placemaking opportunities across the site
Both are being developed in close collaboration with project stakeholders to ensure a cohesive, future-ready approach. It already feels like a promising collaboration, and we’re excited to continue moving this work forward.
